Return & Refund Policy

At Forraine, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have a comprehensive Returns and Refund Policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Our policy allows for returns and exchanges on handbags and accessories only. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This does NOT apply to Made -To - Order items.

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frame. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have received the return authorization number, please securely package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

In the case of a defective or damaged item, please provide photographic evidence along with your return request. Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

It is important to note that certain items are exempt from being returned. These include sale items and custom orders. 

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 48 hours after your order is placed.
