How long will my order take?

Items take 3 -6 weeks from order to delivery. 

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Yes! you have 48 hours after you place an order to email any fit adjustments you may need. No changes can be made to an order after this window has passed and production begins. 

Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?

Yes. You have 24 hours to cancel an order after it has been placed. 

Can I return or exchange a made-to-order piece?

No. But your order may qualify for a free alteration. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

What if my size is not listed?

Please send an email to Info@forraine.com if your size is unavailable. 

Do you ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately, I only ship within the United States. 

Will these styles restock?

No. I may offer new colors, but most styles wont be restocked after they have sold out.

What if my order wasn't delivered on time?

You will be updated about production, shipping and delivery times along the way. If your order has not arrived 3 days after your confirmed delivery date, please contact us at info@forraine.com.
